Warranty and Returns Policy for Royal Sins

Royal Sins is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. This warranty and returns policy outlines the conditions under which we offer replacements, repairs, and refunds.

Warranty

  • All Royal Sins products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper care.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to make a warranty claim.

Returns

  • We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale.
  • We do not offer returns on opened or used hygiene products for sanitary reasons.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at support@twokingsonejester.com.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping depending on return reason.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your desired exchange in the return request.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any additional shipping charges for the exchange item will apply.

Warranty Claims

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
  • We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny warranty claims for items that do not meet the warranty criteria.
